The size of captive bead rings is the inside diameter of the ring.

Bent Barbell & Bent Doorknocker Size
The size for bent barbells and bent doorknockers is the inside length between the balls.
Circular Barbell Size
Circular barbells get their size from the inside diameter of the ring similar to captive bead rings.
Doorknocker & Jackhammer Size
Like straight barbells, doorknockers and jackhammers are sized according to the linear length of the bar between the two balls.

Labrets are measured from the disk to the ball along the length of the bar.
