We will not compromise the health and welfare of our customers by reselling body jewelry that has been opened or worn.  As a result, we will not authorize returns on merchandise that is not defective.  We will, however, consider each incident on an individual basis.

Our policies are as follows:

Returns will be authorized on merchandise that is deemed defective:
Customer has 5 days from date of receipt to inspect and notify Tears of the Moon regarding any product that may be defective.  Call or email to receive a return authorization number and instructions.  Please include a detailed account of the defect along with the invoice and the item numbers.

Returns will not be authorized on any other merchandise that has been opened:
Non-defective merchandise that has been opened will not be given return authorization.  This includes jewelry that has been mistakenly ordered by a customer, or sent mistakenly by Tears of the Moon (So please check your order before opening packaging).  If you have any questions whether an item will work for you, please ask us before placing an order.

Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise.
